Training Plans & Coaching Services for Runners

I’m Christina. Certified V.O2 Distance Running, RRCA Certified, USATF Level 1 Coach & Runner of 20+ years.

As a certified V.O2, RRCA, & USATF Level 1 running coach, I look forward to supporting athletes in their enjoyment of the sport, success, and fulfillment. I am currently accepting women interested in working with a running coach. I also offer individualized training plans for fitness and 5K up to the Marathon. A typical training cycle could conclude with an “A” goal race (5K up to Marathon) or simply be a personal goal (i.e., consistently running x miles per week). Running ability can range from novice (just starting) to experienced.

TRAINING PLAN INCLUDES

  • Initial Email Consultation
  • Initial Phone Consultation
  • Evaluation of Racing (if applicable), Training History, & Current Running Level via Athlete Questionnaire
  • Assessment & Development of Future Racing &/or Training Goals
  • Creation of Individualized Training Plan Updated Weekly & Available in VDOT app
  • Adaption of Training Plan to Changes in Fitness, Feedback Provided from Athlete, &/or Life Circumstances
  • Communication via VDOT app, email, &/or text
  • Race Day Plan (if applicable)
  • Race Day Nutrition/Hydration Suggestions
  • 1 Training Cycle is typically 12 – 24 Weeks
  • Coaching options include on-going private coaching or one time customized training plans based on a 12 or 16 week training cycle 
Your running journey is your own.  You can do as much or as little as you want.  Fulfillment & success is only defined by you...the athlete
